Updated 4 cars from the rF2 TCR Bundle, there were some issue with these cars.

- 308 TCR: fixed steering arm position in pm and upgrades
- ARG TCR: fixed steering arm position in pm (in upgrades was fine)
- HI30N TCR: added missing raindropdesc.json file
- CPR TCR: fixed undertray params and re-worked collision model
